I hadn't thought of that but that is nice about twitter, especially with these tools you're showing us. Question: when you do the @whoever reply feature through quotable or whatever does that then change your status to everyone, or is that a direct message. In other words, I like to leave my status something more... general, more accessible for new followers too. Or maybe I need to be updating it more. Flock looks like it has some good "instant" solutions too, but even though right now I'm following way more people than are following me, I'm already getting overwhelmed following friends.
