I was struggling with IE7 as it was. Now I am 'TOTALLY LOST'! I can't find any of my 'OLD' Favorites. I can't make heads or tails of how they're listed in Flock. I've had to reopen IE7 to get back to my Bookmarked Favorites and watch the videos. I'll re-open Flock after I've watched the video's and hopefully make better sense of it. For now it just seems too complicated and it's taking me too much time to navigate it.

@Evan: Cool that Flock's close to using FF3 for the masses. However I hope you can keep it's memory footprint down like basic FF3 seems to (dozens of Java and Flash heavy tabs open, still under 100MB used). I know pre FF3 original and flavours used to get anything up to 400+MB before imploding on my computer.

Hey, Ed. Thanks for the quick reply to my questions about Flock. You were right--it is more than wonderful. Every time I use it something new pops up. Thanks!

I love Flock. I've added the recommended extensions (and a few other favorites) and can't wait to learn about the RSS functionality you've been teasing us with. Great program so far and good pace.

Thanks,
Steinar

Thank you Ed I am enjoying using Flock and as I use the browser I find new things i can do with it.
At first I was hesitant on installing Flock but after I saw the lesson I just could not resist and installed it right away.

Ed, I am certainly spreading the word about the Flock, because I've simply fallen in love with this amazing web2.0 tool: Flock beta

Immense thanks to Ed for spreading the word about Flock here at the Thirty Day Challenge. I can't wait to see what else you teach everyone! :)

@John Pash and @Ben Helps: Flock will be based on Firefox3 later this year...we already have a working Alpha, and a Beta will be out in a few weeks.

@Ben Helps: As for running scores of add-ons, that will certainly affect performance in Flock OR Firefox.

Devil's advocate here.

I switched from Firefox to Flock about a year or so ago, and for a while I swore by it.

Then I started swearing at it. It just seemed slower and more crash prone.

Enter Firefox 3 (currently RC1 I believe). Woowee, it's damn fast and for once not a memory hog.

It crashes a lot less on average that Flock, although that could have been my penchant for adding scores of add-ons.

Don't get me wrong, Flock is a great browser, but I'm just sayin' ...
