Hey Ed,
I can see why you are so excited about this one. Google Reader blows away bloglines in many ways. The biggest one is the time saving elements. Time is my most precious resource and I’m always looking for ways to manage it better.
I loved the tip about FriendFeed and sharing. I set it up already. Very nifty indeed!
If you are in the 30DC and you haven’t watched this lesson and set up your Google Reader, do it now. You’ll be amazed at what this tool can do for you.
Cheers,
Craig Eubanks

This is really exciting Ed. You left just enough of a hint RE: Friendfeed and then a clanger “now this has gone to thousands of places…” (in regarding to sharing via NOTE in Google Reader). Having followed your breadcrumbs I think I see the forest not sure I found all the trees. Thanks for sharing. Dean

Hi Ed,
Thanks for this tip. I’ve been using the Flock feed reader, and it’s just such a pain that I didn’t follow many feeds.
Now I can follow loads, and I still won’t be overwhelmed with information.
I had 179 unread stories this morning. It only took me 5 minutes to get all the useful info.
Awesome stuff, thanks again.

I don’t see the “Ed_Dale and friends” option from the Twitter page feed, just the Ed_Dale. Any help?

Hi Dan just watched the various vid comments on here, and you must be so pleased with the response - thanks so much for adding this feature. I haven’t got my camera to hand just now, but looking forward to leaving a comment too - and wanted to also say well done to everyone for being brave and going for it! It’s never easy to speak on camera, but it was great to ’see’ some fellow TDCers live, and I only hope I can manage it half as well! Okay on to learning about Google Reader now, thanks for this too Ed - your excitement about this vid is so infectious that I can’t wait to press play, big thanks.

Sorry for posting twice, but have now gone through the Google Reader vids - they are BRILLIANT, and the information is just fantastic for anyone trying to cope with the information overload in their jobs or business or as a student needing to do lots of research. In fact I can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t benefit from Ed’s teachings on this whether they are into internet marketing or not - albeit the information is priceless for IM. Your excitement was well placed Ed!

So sorry, can’t leave the message on video - don’t have the staff to do it.
Nevertheless I am still exited about your Thirty Day Challenge. Thanks for offering this Program.

Check out this site:

It’ll give you a feed of all the videos on YouTube for your search criteria…

I’m pretty new to 30DC, so I’ve been going through all the posts/lessons catching-up.
And today, after being blown away with the Google Reader vids, I’ve been salivating, subscribing to all the feeds in all the areas I love, but never thought I’d have the time to read: business, sports, science, music, National Geographic, web 2.0, stocks & shares, philosophy, etc.
Sounds dramatic, but this won’t just revolutionalise my biz, but my life, too.
Ed, if I ever get to meet you, remind me to give you a big, manly hug
Btw, being a fellow guitar-lover, have you checked-out the ‘CandyRat’ guitar vids on YouTube? Awesome if you love that kind of stuff - anyone else, too, for that matter.
Thanks again to all, and I hope we all create some nice success, together
Rock on!

I have used a tremendous amount of what has been taught at TDC but today the Google Reader with Google Alerts amassed me more usable info in a half hour than I have gotten in a week on my own. It is just a matter of tweeking your search to fit your needs. Amazing Sir ED!!

Absolutely incredible information here! I cannot believe all this training is available for free. Thank you so much for contributing to my (very accelerated) marketing learning curve. There really are not words…

Using Google Reader with Google Alerts…
Every article you submit could be worth thousands of dollars in sales to you over the long term. It’s important that you do continual research and keep your focus on the end result you want to achieve… I.E. More subscribers to your list and more rep…
