Liking the corny fanfare at the end :P. I remember watching the free hugs video about 8 months ago and thinking it was a great idea. But i never linked it to IM. It is phenominal how many times the video has been played, and hence the exposure created for the band.

I really enjoyed the podcast. I like listening to them when I’m working around the house.
I just forwarded the 30 Day Challenge link to an internet marketing teacher I know and
recommended it to his class. Should be perfect for them.
I’m looking forward to Aug.1st like a kid at Christmas.

What is RSS feed? is there any website that got info. on terminologies for internet marketing. i am new in this field.

This was a great podcast. and just to let you know ihave been haveing a ball with all the new little progs you have enlightened me with. i just love shiny new thangs..
.. anyways as you see i love messing around with software or addons. its somewhat a hobby of mine and these are going to keep me going for awhile.. i started a blog just so i could see what scribefire did.. way cool stuff man. easy as pie to get content on your blog. anyways enough of all this .. thanks again and i cant wait to see what else we have instore for us.. i am just so excited by it. wooooohoooooo!!!!!!!!

Imtiyaz: RSS feed is really simple syndication. The thing lets you to hum display your favourite news, blogs etc. on one place. For example you can create a website with your favourite news, blogs… at google.com/ig and everytime you will launch a browser you’ll se new posts from this blog, of your friends, news from CNN, new posts at your favourite forum etc.

Ok all you geeks out there, since you are so eager to get going, how about giving a helping hand to a granny techni-peasant who’s also eager to get going but can’t get over some bolders in the road ? ! Brad, you sound like just the one who can help. Here are my questions:
I down loaded firefox but, can’t find it in ALL Programs - or anywhere else. Therefore, I haven’t been able to download the add-ons delicious, scribefire tags etc.
When I play the #1 itune blog I hear Ed but there’s no video of him. Is that the way it should be?
Obviously I have itunes (at least I can HEAR Ed) but, I can’t find “preferences” so I can check podcasts and audiobooks. Can anyone help me? About all I know about computers is I just recently put up a web site, I do email and I search the web. HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Joan

In answer to your question Joan, about the video in Itunes, bring your Itunes program up, in upper left corner click on edit, in the drop down menu click on preferences, and make sure the “show” buttons are ticked off for podcasts, audioebooks, movies, and these will show up on your library in the left hand menu. You should now be able to SEE you podcast or movie. Hope this helps. If it does not, go to the forum.

Joan, about your question in the download of firefox browser, it is in an exe file that won’t show up in your browser l until you install it. You could probably find it on the desktop,or in My Documents, or a download temp folder, mine just downloaded to the desktop. Look for an icon that says Firefox Setup 2.0.0.5 and click on it to install it. Follow instructions. Hope this helps.

Getting old sometimes mean s getting slow. Othertimes the brain tells the fingers what they must do.
Guess what? They don’t do what they are supposed to do. I could not log in and fiddles for an hour and went down to the beach for a walk. (Everyday) When I came back, you said to reinvenr yourself and wow, I am in here after all.

Ed, the Sick Puppies in this podcast did it for me! Ever since I saw that vid and heard their music I was hooked and love em…but the thing is, offline, I STILL get “sick puppies…who?” And I go into the story you shared.
Point being, the online world is full of it’s own celebrities and goings on - “community” - and the offline world is just totally oblivious to it. I kinda like that in a weird way. They don’t get it, we do. Maybe I’m just odd.
Oh, and if there’s any (real) drinking being done in Manchester - maybe we can make it a UK open invite!!!

Thank you, Ed, for the first Podcast!
You again shared your insight into what’s happening with the internet. And you mentioned that this time, in the Challenge, you’re going to give us more “theory” as we go along. You said you’ve had comments about that and I, too, want to tell you it’s the thing I’ve appreciated most out of all you do. I love when you have time to tell us how things used to be (from experience), how they’ve changed, why that’s important and what we can do about it.
In my own words, I tell people that, in addition to giving us the steps to follow, you give us the view of the “big picture” you’re in a position to see. In my work, I give assignments to students (adults) and give them the steps to follow–important, but they tell me when I share my theory or philosophy and the big picture around why the steps they’re taking are important, that information helps them the most to “get it”. And you’re really good at giving us just the right amount of it!

Hey Ed,
Thanks for the awesome podcast! It’s great to be able to listen to new techniques, etc. while being able to do other things if need be. Though the podcasts certainly can’t replace the videos for those of us who are newbies to internet marketing tools and need to “see” them in action.
Thanks for everything you guys are doing for us! I can’t wait to start the thirty day challenge!
