Honestly, people have to be in the right mindset to understand AND act on the gift that is the 30DC. I’ve told several people, and they’re often gung-ho until they learn it’s…::gasp:: an entire 30 days (plus pre-season).
The guidance and information provided here are unbeatable, but people still have to commit to doing the work. For those who don’t, that leaves the path more open for us to succeed!
Ed, I am so excited about the Thirty Day Challenge getting under way! I wanted to personally thank you, for addressing the fact that some of us are participating in the challenge under the duress of physical challenges. I got a little teary-eyed. I am also happy to know there are others in the Thirty Day Challenge similar to me in that aspect. I offer you my heart-felt condolences on your departed friends.

I am brand new at this and have just discovered your 30 day challenge. I’ve been watching the vids as fast as I can, but may not finish them ahead of time. I will for sure have about half done, and will get in the cheat. What I would most love is a TEAM. I would like some people who will go through this journey with me, but don’t know anyone personally.
