It sure would be great if some one would create a brief summary or step by step outline of what we have done to date. I may need to start over not sure because I’m a little confused on how to read the data! Can some one give some examples of good data and bad?

Hi Joy
If you have the toolbar installed as recommended by Ed then you just click on the on the Daily Training Tab and that shows you step-by-step what to do. I think asking for an outline is a bit steep as this involves a lot of work on the team’s part and after all - this is a free session so you will have to make a bit of an effort I am afraid.
