I’m writing this to anyone who’s read about a cool program or course and genuinely could not afford it.
I’ve received a few emails as a result of offering mentoring for the first time.
YouTube - Is Ed Dale Finally Doing A Mentor Program?
Admit it, your reaction will sit on a spectrum of zen like acceptance to “Rage against the machine”
But before I get into this.
A little bit about location.
I’m writing this on a Macbook Air (don’t get fixated on the machine, a netbook would do…) in the waiting room at learningland, at 11 o’clock (that’s cool Jack Bauer location speak , not time) Annabelle is belting out the Annie Apple song.
At 10.00 o’clock some of the kids who have “older” siblings in the class are trying to recreate the epic 1987 WWF cagematch between a returning Hulk Hogan and a young up and comer.
Bless their little cotton socks.
My Chair is “Mommy Bear” soft and it’s bloody hot.
BUT
I’m still typing.
Trust me - I still struggle at this every day. EVERY DAY!
However, the difference between people who are a success in their on-line business and those that fail is, for somewhere between 30 mins and two hours each day, they sit on their ass in a chair and type (or write, or record, or photograph etc, etc, etc)
If by some miracle you’re still here, dear reader who can’t afford that rocking course, the past paragraph contains the key to success.
Now, let’s go back in time, to the dawn of the nineties. A near bankrupt and paying back to the people he owed money to, Ed Dale, had managed to scrape together 90 bucks to spend a day with this new motivational speaker on the scene.
A guy called Tony Robbins.
I’d read “awaken the giant within” and it had really turned me around. I HAD NO IDEA that you could actually do courses outside of school to better yourself!!!
I know, IRONIC.
So I rock up to the Melbourne Entertainment centre with 4000 or so of my closest friends and do this one day training on Sales.
It was brilliant.
Then the thing before lunch happened…
Just as we were winding up the session, Tony launched into a brilliant presentation on this three day course - the Unlimited Power Weekend.
It just sounded AWESOME!!!
But not two minutes into the pitch, my stomach started to knot, “unless this thing is free, I can’t go, It’s in Sydney and I’m worse than broke”
When (the magnificently price justified) amount of $397 was written out on the laminex projector with removable pen I was screwed.
It may as well have been a million dollars.
I didn’t have it, was not going to have it, it was not going to happen.
Now, if you’re expecting one of those “if you believe enough “secret” style, things happened” and I manifested the $397
You’re not at the right blog.
Check out www.disney.com - much more your style.
Nope, there was no happy ending. I tried to figure out a way (and I was pretty resourceful) but I was snookered.
“No, UPW for you.” said the Seminar Nazi.
BUT
I didn’t take it personally, it wasn’t Tony’s fault. I didn’t rage against the machine (Nowadays people can “socialmedia” their upset and bitterness and wallow with fellow rejectees)
I learn’t a lot from that day and I started to apply it, not with laser like precision, you wouldn’t see my work efforts over the 90’s featured in some action movie montage.
BUT
By the end of the decade, I’d achieved some success.
I did that by doing the bare minimum of work which actually creates something. BARE MINIMUM. If I was like, disciplined - who knows where I could go!!
I’m not.
The cool thing is, most of the super successful people I know are also in the “barely disciplined” category.
The difference is they spend 30 minutes to a couple of hours doing stuff that matters.
Every Day….
Well, at least five days a week…
With some Holidays…..
The difference between you and someone is the number of “stuff That Matters” hours they do compared to you.
Another cool thing.
It doesn’t cost money to do it, it’s not about the gear!
I still use a pen and a yellow legal pad (which has the side benefit of reminding me of Halbert every time I write P.T.O) to do my brainstorming and design.
Yes, I’m using a Macbook Air now and damn straight I’ll be using an iPad in 45 days from now.
But it would be no better (or worse depending on how well I edit this) if I wrote it on stolen photocopier paper from the church photocopier at nine o’clock and then walked down to the Moonee Ponds Library, typed it up and posted it on the blog - Using free google docs for storage.
(Please don’t steal from your church photocopier - I’m sure the pastor would not only give you the paper but probably throw in a pen as well just like that priest did in the opening scene of Les Miserable)
When your broke you have one valuable resource and decision. How you spend your time.
Most broke people confuse reading about cool techniques that make you money or make you a better photographer or a better dancer in the Touring Thai Man Boy troupe with DOING something.
And all affirmation bust-a-moving aside - that’s the difference between broke and not broke - we are talking NO MORE than a couple of PRODUCTIVE hours a day.
EASY FOR YOU TO SAY - YOU”VE MADE IT AND HAD THE ADVANTAGE OF STUNNING GOOD LOOKS TO GET YOU THROUGH.
It’s true, I’m totally beautiful.
BUT
Beauty is no substitute for a couple hours a day of regularly taking action on stuff that matters.
You can choose to be bitter about it - broke people still have the power of choice, you can “socialmedia” yourself into a frenzy of jealousy and blame.
Or.
You can sit on your but, “borrow” the paper from the church photocopier. Write something. Put it in your pocket. Take it out the next day. Correct the obvious stuff, walk down to the local library, type it into your free google docs account. Open a free posterous blog. Post your article and then spend twenty minutes, bookmarking it and participating in the forums.
Then you do it again the next day.
And the next.
Wax On
Wax Off
Or you can watch “Jersey Shore”
It’s YOUR choice.
Ed
That struck a cord Ed… Sometimes you can flog a dead horse as well! The product matters.
Ed:
Great post. A simple idea that is effective. Did you learn this one from Gary Halpert? … 30 minutes to 2 hours a day.
When you plan this daily work time, watch the good karma and ideas come your way.
Stay motivated by starting or joining a small online support group to keep ALL members on track!
Mary
Great to hear your honest reflection Ed.
I guess what stood out for me was the thought of consistency.
Doing a little bit each day makes all the difference.
I know its so easy to get hapahazard and get into an attitude of “here a day - there a day” is good enough or even into a “stop start” approach.
Consistent effort can be quite minimal but very effective if it’s consistent
Hi Ed,
Following your 30DC since 2008 I think (the old website and stuff, first podcasts, I really miss them by the way).
I’m horrified by the amount of typos you make, YOU, a genius of internet marketing is typing posts without a spellchecker, cmon!
Other than that, you’re really good at writing and I always enjoy reading your posts, there is never too much selling in them, just enough
Ed I love you!
Your honesty is so cool, and besides i still maintain that the 30 day challenge is the best course ever. (If of course you do your 30 daily minutes….)
Ya mean I have to actually do something for a couple of hours to nail this whole internet marketing thingy?
And here I thought I could just check my email 10 - 12 times an hour and troll around the WF the rest of the day…
Thanks for a very enlightening post Ed…if anyone doesn’t get it after this - there’s just no hope
On the money as usual. This is why I follow you and why I came to Manchester last year. (you lucky folk booked to the Oz Fest are in for such a treat). And in truth if i had not just commited to a £2k course I would have had your mentoring to.
I love you. Sometimes so much it hurts. And to think i never had the courage to claim that man hug we emailed about before manchester. (next time dag nammit!!).
Real steps, Real insights from a REAL market Leader. Not one of these “cash sucking” numpties that claim to be a guru. (and the UK has loads of those!!).
Jay Roberts
(also coming to manchester connected me with Kenny Goodman who is ace) (oh if you dont know what Kenny does google him - Its cool)
Absolutely spot on. I myself are one of those ‘financially challenged’ people (although I am more scared of my missus finding out I spent the money than I am of missing out). Whilst disappointed at not being able to grab the opportunity, I simply have redoubled my efforts.
The effect on me was to make me even more determined to succeed and made me more focused on the goal. You just have to be more clever about what you spend what little money you have and pick and choose the best free stuff, like Ed and Bobs webinar the other night ( and yes Ed I will be checking my pay pal account to see if you have charged extra for all my questions…lol).
I stuck with the 30DC+ as my only subscription service as it offered the best value for money, the other stuff (TB and WPD) whilst nice to have, can be done manually, albeit slowly.
You never know, Ed might be broken down and give in, do another scheme in the future if enough people beg, whinge, moan, pout and bribe.
Anyway, off to work now….thats the first part of my 30 mins to 2 hrs spent catching up on email and news whilst waiting for my train.
Best Wishes
Mike G
Best stuff you’ve written
more please!
I remember when I bought my first computer in 1996. I used to spend about an hour a day fiddling with the desktop icons so they would all be in perfect order. Then you’d change a setting and Windows 95 would jumbled everything up.
Your post reminded me of all the time we waste each day when we could be doing what you said. Creating something of value… something of substance. Or as I’ve heard you say before - CONTENT! Thanks for the reminder.
Great post Ed.
You are always refreshingly honest and say it the way it is, without the bull****.
I love the 30DC.
I’ve learnt a lot from you Ed and continue to do so.
Thanks
Andrew
Hi Ed - thanks .. would love to be with you. Your point re spending 30 minutes to 2 hours doing stuff that matters - the important things - the work that will earn you money and lead you forward - is well made. It’s doing what’s important for your business - your life. Great - I too was in Manchester - sadly I have a dying mother and so need to be here. I know you’ll have a great time and lots of important lessons will be given and learnt .. I hope by all. Hilary
Thank you Ed for hitting my “reset” button ! Sometimes you just need to re-boot your mind and start again with a fresh screen. I’ve been a ‘Marketer in Training’ for over a year. You and your team have taught me so, so much. I didn’t miss a day of the 30DC and spent the following 3 months working my tail off doing what you taught me. Then the holidays came and I got totally side-tracked and allowed myself to gradually become disengaged with IM. I keep paying for hosting, 30DC+, WPDirect, etc…. but have not done too much else. Just this week I read an email from one of the marketers I follow and realized that what he was teaching was truly for beginners and I was so far beyond that because of you. I still have a lot to learn but realize that by doing is the best way - the only way - to learn. So, I’ve been playing ‘catch-up’ reading posts, watching videos and getting re-organized. I am so ready to jump back in - and this post is truly perfect timing for me. Thank you so much!!!
Hi Ed,
Great post!
You know this reminds me of an old saying “Constant dripping wears away stone” it is that constant and consistent effort.
Ed you are bang on the money.
Phil
That was a good post!
Hi Ed,
You mentioned “The Secret” and compared it to Disney but The Secret is a classic case of the “Read about it rather than do it” mindset that you’re talking about.
People jumped on the idea that they could sit in a room and daydream and everything would come to them, but the makers of “The Secret” (intentionally I think) left out the part that said you had to take some action and DO something.
I wonder why…
We’re all naturally lazy. The only difference between the successful and the unsuccessful is motivation; a reason to do it.
You have to find the thing that motivates you. Whether it’s being able to write about the stuff you love every day, or taking photos, or making videos or helping others to learn about macramé and flyfishing (make your own catch net maybe?)
Or maybe it’s the thought of moving your family into a better house that gets you going?
Whatever it is, find your thing - your path, DECIDE what you want out of life and the rest just happens.
The Secret, Tony Robbins, Napoleon Hill and even Frank Kern’s “Core Influence” DVD are all saying the same thing.
And these days with the tools and help available like the 30DC there’s no excuse not to do it.
Cheers
Steve Blampied
As usual, succinct and to the point! BTW - how did Annabelle sound belting out Annie’s song??
Dear Ed,
I believe I need to be a little more disciplined too!
A good kick in the but helps.
More pressure from outside than there is from inside helps.
Let’s do it!
Thanks a lot for your training and foresight.
Leaders lead. Time to take the helm. Love you Ed!
Great Ed, I love that advise , I have been info out looking at so many opportunities but never do anything. However, can you tell us what are the things that matter and are you really doing a mentoring program?also will 8hours a day speed up my progress, because i do have that time for 6months?
Hi Ed
Thank you for the continued inspiration. A quick story. In 2008 I lost everything that I thought was important to me. My wholesale business, my wife, and yes, she ended up leaving me for someone else, and most of my earthly possessions and at 37 I had to move back with my folks to survive. I spent a long time feeling sorry for myself, a long time. I tried to start working again but I was just never hired by any company, I probably wouldn’t have hired myself back then. Then last year a friend introduced me to 30DC, what an eye opener. I loved the thought of actually making a living doing this. Though I do need to say that I am not yet making a living doing this, I am working hard at doing it. I love writing articles, it is the creative output that I need. I know that I will eventually make my living doing this and like everything in life it takes work, work which I enjoy! So everyday I write an article or two, and just keep plugging away.
Thank you 30DC team, I’m sure there are a lot of people out there who have changed life direction for the better because of this.
Not just beauty but brains too. We people tend to look for things outside ourselves then it comes to blame time. It so much easier and makes us feel better. But the truth is the success or failure is nobody’s fault but our own. If I want to come to your event in Melbourne or any other event at any location I have to get off my arse (or maybe on my arse) and create the revenue to pay for it. This is reminding me of something I was thinking of today that I learned in the military, “The maximum effective range of an excuse is 0 (zero) meters. That says it all. Thanks Ed.
First I understood only Bahnhof. But then Ifound that the essence is on the end. I got an Idea of what to do. Only about Bookmarking I have no Idea yet. Maybe there is also a lesson on the 30DC. Salamat
Hey Ed.
How are you?
Thanks for writing this, you have taught me a lot about blogging the last few months, I’ve started to get better and I am starting to re-take the 30 day challenge because I know it’s going to help me greatly
Thanks again,
Adil
P.S. I know how you feel, I’m at that “broke” phase now lol
So True, and as you have demonstrated that 30 minutes can be done anywhere. This coupled with DISCIPLINE is the key. I also read “awaken the giant” and MANY other motivational and self help books - but like you say - the ACTION is the key. I remember reading Dan Kennedy outlining his daily routine is going straight from his bed at 6am to write for an hour or more. I started using Mark Joyner’s Simpleology which really helped get my productivity up. I still lapse in and out of the discipline - but this blog will be my “call to action” to get back into routine. Thanks Ed for the great common sense as usual. Please stop rubbing in the good looks - it’s hard for us mere mortals to bear seeing icons like you who have everything!!
Ed,
You speak the words no-one wants to believe: “Success is what we do every day”. Relentlessly. We get fed so many rags-to-riches stories and ready-made, high-quality products from re-touched, insincere, hyped celebs that we want to be sure we’ll be famous before we try, or we don’t try at all. You are a true learning democrat!
Thanks Ed
I needed to hear this again!!
[...] can read more about this unorthodox but totally nice guy and what he has to say about being broke and do…. There might be some other stuff there, like a totally free 30 day course on getting your first [...]
Ed,
Thank you so much for bringing my focus back to what matters. Its very easy to get distracted by the new course, new guru and numerous launches and forget to do what is really important , taking consistent action. This has helped me review my work and what I need to do next…
Hari
Thanks, Ed.
I just printed this post out (paper, I got) and will use it as my bookmark in Seth Godin’s new book Linchpin. With these 2 “tools” I will build my place in the interweb.
Thanks for that.
Ed, love this…
I guess the common theme is that a little bit of effort each day will build up like an elastic band ball and in a few months / years leave you bouncing around like the best elastic band balls on the planet! Go the Outliers.
If you stop adding bands each day your ball will get smaller and smaller until you disappear into a world of late retirement then death.
And…if you’re enthusiastic about the bands you add then the world will seem more sunning even if you have to get up two hours early each day to add your bands.
(Why did I start down that elastic band ball path?)
Anyway
Keep up the good work, your still the Best.
AirHammer
Hey Ed, thanks man, I just tweeted this out.
You’ve kinda called me out on this cos when you announced the UK seminar a while back I was giddy as a kipper when you chose manchester, but then I was rather cheesed off (to put it mildly) when it was at a price I couldn’t afford without a bit of notice to save up. I was furious. I think I emailed your support guys, sternly recommending that since you help people with no moeny make money (30DC) then why didn’t you give the skint guys and gals a chance to save up to attend?
On reflection I think, no - I KNOW - I was angry because it was an occasion where I couldn’t do something due to my inaction. Like when someone does a promotion where I know I’d kill it as an affiliate, then I kick myself for not having a bigger list (again due to my laziness).
People like to feel comfortable in themselves. they get an identity then stick to it. Here’s a warning to my peers: don’t let your identity be someone who is continually the student, always learning, reading, buying, not DOING what the course says, then getting the next thing, etc.
Remember, learning isn’t earning - do as Ed says and take action! I did, and I’m seeing results already!
Thanks Ed,
Tony Finbarr-Smith, Bolton (Manchester) UK.
Rock on Ed. As ever it’s like listening to Albert Einstein on speed (all-beit as you quite rightly already know…you are a whole lot prettier!)…mind blowing wisdom as ever.
Me? I have a strict rota for each and every day of the week including a couple of hours of “doing” time…as you said though, you have to be strict with yourself as the monkeys within will do their very best to de-rail you.
Speak soon.
Thank you thank you thank you Ed.
Well said. I had this idea in my mind for so long, that I’m not consistent enough and I try to find excuses sometimes for myself why I don’t have time for this or that.
But now I learnt that this is truly a key and cool thing.
Buy the way I love your cool and funny style as you present this “hardcore” information for us.
Thank you ever so much Ed.
Kind regards,
Marica
Hi,
Thank you so much for your down to earth approach, you are so honest, and open. You teach the facts that work. I remember watching you on the “Undies” DVD set and being honest was expecting the same “hype” I had seen many times before on things I had bought.
But I sat amazed as this crazy Australian and American (Ed and Frank) just spilled the beans on how to make money. They should us it all. And you know what there was no upsell. No just telling you the basics and to find out how to send a file up to the internet you need our super course. There was nothing like this at all.
Ed and his team are very special people, they give out all the time.
Thank You Ed
Andrew
Good advice; works for anyone, rich or poor, who is feeling hard done by.
Choice 1. Mope about,
Choice 2. Do something, anything, positive about it.
Hi, well said Ed! Again!
I was in Manchester and you mentioned 10,000 hours then. I knew immediately what you meant. You can’t get good at anything or even move forward without putting the time in..I am doing it and the rewards are there.
The Pomodoro App helps very much, as you recommended. Helps keep the focus and use time constructively
You are an inspiration. Thank you. Have re-tweeted.
Catherine.
If all the hours I have sat at my computer,(iMAC), had been spent doing the ’stuff that matters’, I too would be able to afford a Macbook Air. I wouldn’t be as good looking as Ed but you can’t have everything.
I had the money to do the mentoring program but I just never got around to making that killer series of videos that would have convinced him to take me on.
I was at the Manchester seminar(awesome) and when I heard about this I knew that its value would be far greater than the price. But I just didn’t take action.
This has been a heavy lesson for me. But it has prompted me to take the idea of mentoring seriously. I have made contact with somebody about arranging some one to one sessions.
He lacks Eds good looks, boyish charm and probably his array of gadgets, but I think it might work out.
Rich
Thanks for the timly post Ed
I was watching a video on Eben Pagen about productivity and he says the same thing. He suggests that you cut out all distractions and focus for 50 minutes chunks on one thing then take a rest for few minutes then go for it again for another 50 minutes until you have done about 3 or 4 of these sessions. This is a habit and it can take a while to adjust to this way of productivity. I find that when I apply this method it works wonders for my focus. Also having a timer set for 50 minutes at a time helps you to stay focused on the job at hand and not worry how many minutes are left to complete the task.
Thanks.. James
Ed, Your words were a good thing to hear. I sometimes do feel that I am not doing enough, but I actually am. I am just not as focused as you are, but I will get there. Just got to get the consistency thing down.
Thanks for the encouraging post. I will take it to heart. I know there IS a reason that I was listening to Think and Grow Rich today - now I remember. Gotta keep pressing on…
Have an awesome day!
Great article, great point, great guy!
Excellent piece. Hits my procrastination right where I live. Ouch!
Hi Ed,
Push the reset button Geminigail said. It seems I am giving it a hammering over the past few days. I will be in Melbourne with a clean slate I think.
It used to be that writing was like giving birth, now it is so much easier and when I go on a creative binge, I feel so much better. I guess I have let the ‘factory work’ get in the way and lost the consistency.
Thanks for the ‘call’, Ed.
Hey Ed!
This is so true !!! :-))
Only if we do the stuff that matters on regular (!) basis, there is a chance to succeed. And anonther important point for me on my way was:
Keep going, even if you don’t feel like. Keep going, even if you think, nobody reads your stuff. Keep going even if there are not 90 responses to a blog post.
Simply keep going.
Success is a question of consitent DOING the things that matter - even if you think your dog is the only one reading your blog… (and he has to because you read every post aloud at him ;-)) )
Have an awesome time and keep up the great job!
Cheers,
André
Great post Ed! I wrote down on top of my agenda pages to “sit on my ass” and write, record or photograph from 30 minutes to 2 hours a day. As of today, that is now my productivity priority schedule! For days after days. I truly believe your are right.
Thanks for this encouraging and motivational post.
Hi Ed! Thanks so much for this post. I had “fallen off” the 30DC wagon in the past week and really needed this perspective. I get daily emails from you that tell me which day I should be on (it is now my day 10, but I only finished up to day 2) and was feeling a bit guilty. I was thinking of postponing this program to make time for all of the other projects I have taken on simultaneously, but this is making me reconsider. I really do need to figure out where I am going to spend my extra 30 mins to 2 hours a day!
Thanks so much! Very good advice that I will definitely take action on. I already have several blogs, but I am hoping your program can help me focus them more and help me bring in some income through them.
Btw, you ARE very beautiful!
And funny too. I loved reading this post and will share it with others.
Yes Ed. I also heard once that if you want your work done, ask the busiest person around. Not the one who has plenty of time.
Hi Ed: I enjoyed reading your blog. You’re very inspiring and funny too. I am one of those financially challenged, although my family seems more supportive now. I thought it was quite a coincidence when you mentioned Anthony Robbins, as I just bought his book a few days from a used book stand. Now I need to find the time to read it…thanks very much for being out there for us. Believe me, it is much appreciated.
“The Secret” is not Disney Ed
- it is just part of the puzzle and attempts to inspire those whose life is way below expectation and what they want. There is so much more to work through to achieve anything of worth for them, but having the motivation, the vision, in the first place is a necessity.
The other motivator of course is the ‘blessing’ of getting to a point in life where you say, “That’s It - I have had enough - I am going to Change (It)!!!”. This rather unusual gift can come in the form of (nearly) reaching bankruptcy (amongst many other of life’s catastrophes) - It is where life shows you that you HAVE to change. That point in your life where you MUST Do It! What happens next depends on the person not giving up and being persistent…
You only ever fail at one point in your life - and that will be at the point where you last gave up! If life keeps going, you always have the opportunity to put it right.
Ed, I think what you have achieved here in the 30 Day Challenge is wonderful! (I’ll restrain the use of Awesome(tm) )
I have been around and seen the growth of the Internet from the old bulletin board days and watched as you, Frank Kern, John Reese, and so many others before and after, have had the persistence to make it a success. You had the foresight to cut out the ******* and put together the ‘up to date’ basics for people to get on the first rung - and you made it free!
The problem I have always suffered from until this year has been NOISE. There is so much advice, information, product and (I hate to say) ******* out there that you can become numb, make mistakes even and waste your money and effort. HERE are the first steps, the basics of what everyone needs to survive and grow. It really is down to any of us to use it or lose it. Those that read the instructions, follow the process, persistently keep trying, will make the money they want from this - Just go for it!
From that point, when you realise what you are doing is working, you then research, look for mentors, find good sources of up to date information, processes and techniques and they will be there. Available to you now because you can afford it. I hear only good things about the 30 Days Challenge Plus and that is such a natural step because you trust the ones giving you the instructions.
But…
If you are like me, with the wolf at the door, possibly losing out on the chances of seminars, mentoring :(, products etc then Work Harder. The principles are all there - they do work. There is absolutely no doubt about them working I Know. My only problem before was the NOISE and INERTIA - if you suffered the same - Get Over It!! Get on with it!! What keeps me going is RESOLUTION - I have a target to reach - though possibly with a million to one chance I’ll reach it - it keeps me going, but because of it I am moving forward and growing. I just think how fortunate I am that these opportunities exist now - they didn’t years ago and who knows the future.
So Do It Now!
[Soapbox kicked away]
Well Done Ed - you and your team. Keep to your principles and I hope you reap the rewards that will go naturally with it. You are helping the ones that most need the help!
Finally,
My apologies - I’ll get back to work…
… I see now that I write TOO much
Awesome awesome Ed - you are so inspiring and completely on the mark.
LOVE it!
Andrea
Hi Ed
Thanks
My experience is that there are a couple of big challenges I have to tackle if I am to be productive every day: motivation and lack of encouragement.
I can start off with the best of intentions (the road to Hell … ) but after a couple of months of minimal results my motivation begins to fade. If I see positive results it spurs me on to work harder, but over time the continual drip drip of little or no results can just wear me down.
If I get encouragement from others that can really help fan the flames and get me motivated again. Unfortunately, not many people understand this business and if anything their comments/remarks can often have the adverse effect.
Personally, I need the ongoing encouragement and guidance from others to get me through the “dark” periods when everything seems like a waste of time.
I have much to learn and much more “character” to develop. I’ll keep plugging away!!
Thanks for the post.
