Can I go back a step and ask a question ?

I've identified some phrases which meet the 80 - 100 searches and under 30k pages.

Can you define 'Umbrella phrase' for me.

If the phrase I've identified that meets tdc criteria were "sauasge making recipes"

Would my umbrella phrase be something broader eg "sausage making" so that it covers my identified niche and other (as yet undiscovered) possibilities which I might exploit at a later date.

Or is the umbrella phrase the same as the the niche phrase ie "sausage making recipes".
