OK, so I've got an idea of what I'm going to be doing to keep my lights on. Perhaps you guys can answer a few basic questions for me:

I'm writing an Ebook on a complex nutritional topic. Should I go the easy-but-not-entirely-accurate route that skips over a bunch of information for the sake of getting to the action points, or should I be more thorough but correspondingly harder to read?

Also, for those of you that have published Ebooks before, is there a general length that you shoot for? I don't want people to feel ripped off if they spend $25 for a 30-page book, but I don't know what's 'standard'.
