It started with a seemingly innocent post Barb made on twitter about Mankini's taking the place of thongs.
After Beechworth, I was feeling sorry for Dan always seeming to be the brunt of our jokes with the Pink Thong forfeit, and that it's time to share the 'good sport award' and even out the odds - as Ed very bravely donned his underwear on Stage in 2005 in Orlando due to losing the bet about who would win Australian Idol for that year - but that was two years ago - so
'Ed's turn' again - poor Ed!
Anyway I contacted Barb with a plan, and some other divine 'Evilettes' and well the rest is history...twittering, digging, youtubing...and well...you saw the Trampoline!...with the aim of inextricably linking Ed's name to the word Mankini to the point he will end up feeling compelled to don one (or it may get named as the next forfeit!
) - I think that's called 'peer pressure' lol.
It's all in good fun - as we ADORE Ed and would never do anything to harm him - he performs enough self harm with his Crocs fetish! lol
So if you have a 'naughty' side...feel free to play along - as it's also teaching a good lesson at the same time...the power of Web 2.0 in getting rankings for long tail keywords quickly!
