On another note, I was reading through this thread on the forums a few minutes ago. It's fascinating - I'm not sure if there's a way for us to help out it sounds like they've already got it handled - maybe some social bookmarking. Maybe we could at least offer that up as a small way to help out.
In the meantime, there is some very actionable content laid out there that would be worth reviewing.
