Hi Gambit
I had trouble with Samurai installing also so this is what I did:
On my first attempt I shut down all open programs and tried to install Samurai only (as I had Air already installed for Twhirl). I got a message saying that Air was 'broken', - strange since Twhirl worked just fine.
So I just decided to try the install with Twhirl up and running and logged on to Twitter. For some reason the installer liked this and Samurai installed just fine.
Unfortunately Samurai ran painfully slowly (yesterday) and was of no practical value. I have not tried it today, so we'll see.
I'm new to Linux and am running Ubuntu Hardy Heron.
Hope this helps.
