Another question - are these factors listed in order of importance? In other words, should I stop freaking out over a competing site's unassailable domain age advantage if it looks like their 'keyword anchor text' and 'keyword in url' factors aren't so strong (and I can optimize those factors in my site)?
I love the quick graphic Red/Yellow/Green view in Market Samurai, but I really appreciate your help in getting deeper into the analysis.

Yes, but still dependent upon all the other factors and Backlinks. Main thing is keyword in URL carries weight these days. And when comparing apples to apples in SEO backlinks, on Site SEO, the Keyword. com or keyword.relatedphraseurl. com will have enough Juice to push it over the top of a generic URL. com

Basically Yes, but your domain may need to Age at least 6-9 months before it's full Keyword Ranking position can be realized.
The only other tidbit I would add is this:
They Say Content is KING but
Backlink Keyword Anchor text is Emperor!!
