Good idea. But I don't think you need to delete the <80's. As long as the filter is applied, MS shouldn't try to retrieve the SEOC numbers for those terms. But I suppose as long as you have all the data in excel, it's no effort to do that.

What I would LOVE to see is a delete button on the Keyword Research screen. In case a few get through the initial screening.
