Nate and I are looking for a team.
I have to sit down and give him the Cliff Notes version of the daily lessons. He can hardly sit through the videos even if they're short. He just wants to be shown what he has to do. He doesn't care why. And Adwords is out for him.
Where are you hosting the team? Facebook? I assume by invitation only to keep it just tweens, teens and parents of them.
