Hi there,

Please stick to the 30 Day Challenge process. There has been a reason why that process has been recommended. And the rationale has been explained in the videos and also through-out this forum.

SEOT to be 80 and above using broad match - and it is based on a percentage of the total broad match figures. All this has been worked out for you in the MS tool.

SEOC is to be no more than 30K competing pages.

The other options are for those phrases that seem 'too good to be true' - and you double check in phrase match for searches and see that in fact, it is not a commonly used phrase.

They've been plenty of examples of people querying that here on the forum - so now you can easily check for yourself. An example came up the other day: "keyword com" - and it is not a phrase like that that many are actually typing in and search for.

This is also well explained on the Market Samurai blog in the knowledgebase.

Remember - ultimately the goal is to appear in the top of google listings for a keyword phrase in broad match - as most users do not search using " "

But we want to know how many pages are optimized and we're competing against using the actual phrase we're after.

I hope this clarifies it for you

Caro
