If you are new to the 30DC, I strongly recommend you focus on the 2009 30DC pre-season training.
It's all very well going over old content from 2008, but you are going to be learning new killer tools and techniques this year from Ed and the gang, and the last thing you need right now is to fill your heads with information that may not be completely relevant.
Complete the 2009 pre-season training as it comes online, get into a team and be ready to hit the ground running come August 1st.
