You could manage multiple accounts given Facebook would rarely be able to find out but it is against their T&C's of the service so it's best not to do so. My guess is we will be using fanpages and applications to promote products.
I'm interested in how it will work as i don't use facebook for anything other than seeing what my friends are up to and i'm a little hesitant about putting products to my name on there for people to see.
