I understand that the key is to "strategically leveraging keyword density" like you said above in your answer, however I could not find an article nor reference nor blog that would give some ideas, method or way to do that.
I feel that this really is one of the key to outsmart heavy competitors.

The use of bullet point like you suggested could really be part of this "tutorial".
