I'm not sure if I missed this somewhere in the lessons or on the forum, but I was wondering why exactly the SEOC requirement is < 30,000.
I've been playing around with Market Samurai and found a niche that has an SEOC of 522,000 but the matrix is exceptionally good (with the exception of some high domain ages, the rest of matrix is pretty much green; 1PR max, 3BLP max, few DMOZ/Yahoo listings, and a majority of on-page factors are not optimized).
Is it only set to < 30,000 for the purposes of this challenge because it's easier to top a market with that few websites? I'm assuming something like this niche would be good for a longer term attempt at reaching #1 in Google?
This one I found doesn't get a lot of searches...the SEOT is 111, but PBR is 82%. I had actually tried drilling it down to a micro niche level, but doing so didn't meet the SEOT requirement of > 80.
