Hello All

Now before anyone yells at me for bring this up (I've read the other threads) but, I've heard nothing about "wordpress.org"

OK, WPdirect has more functionality and easier to use than wordpress.com.

But, wordpress.org has great functionality, great plug ins and it is also free.

So can someone put this to rest and tell us why would we use WPdirect (which is a paid service) over wordpress.org?

I have a few sites that are doing very well with WP.org. This one braininjuryattorneyssoutherncalifornia[dot]net is #2 in MSN out of almost 2 million sites, and it is #1 in google out of 144,000.

So if this can be done with a free service like WP.org why pay for WPdirect?

I understand that 30DC may be making a few dollars off 30DCer's who use WPdirect, and that fine, were all here to make money right?

But is that the reason WPdirect is suggested and not wordpress.org?

Now I'm not trying to get an argument started here!
I just want to know why WPdirect over wordpress.org.
