Reply to Ed's Diatribe
Quite frankly, I was surprised at Mr. Dale’s diatribe in response to reasonable criticisms made by concerned financial subscribers to traffic bug. The initial thrust of the majority of the posts was concerning the lack of communication from the staff at traffic bug. That was my point when I posted my concern because, as a paying customer, I would have expected some form of advanced warning with ongoing updates on the their website.
And it is a leap of faith by many to pay for a service when there is no viable way to gauge or measure the efficiency of that service. Tubbynerd says that it is an indexing tool, repeated several times for clarity; but traffic bug’s home page says that it does a whole lot more than that. It also says that it will improve your page rank and keep you there. If all of TB’s services fall under the banner of indexing, then fine.
It’s been a disappointing experience to have subscribed to a 30DC affiliate program and not been offered a positive and constructive comments to the site’s problems.
