My experience is that it does work well.... but I'm going to do it anyway, because I like the SEO opt that wordpressdirect does.
So I'm going to slap together a site. Starting with thumbnails linking to full page with pay pal. which almost works Go to general chat and look under 8Seconds posts.... been look at that very issue for 2 days and wrote how I got around the 2.5 wordpress stuff WG |

There is a free Wordpress theme that integrates ecommerce really well if you are hosting your own site.
It's at King Cart » Free WordPress e-Commerce Theme: Crafty Cart It uses the Crafty Cart ecommerce plugin to get your products integrated into your blog. Hope that helps and good luck

I finally figured out how to install the WP eCommerce Plugin into my blogsite on the "Store" page. But I don't know how to get product in there now! Am I going to have to buy other plugins or something in order to make it work? Or is it supposed to be a stand-alone thing?
