M4V Video Extension

Just a bit of information some people may find useful ... M4V was a new type of file extension for me (used on the 30DC+ and think Ipod) and I generally watch videos with the Windows Media Player. It didn't recognize the .M4V file extension, but a little Google checking found a post that said changing the extension to .MP4 will allow the file to be viewed with no problems. I tried it, and it worked.

But as you kindly provided, changing the extension format
will usually allow playing in other media players.
