There is a theory floating around that when using nofollow, the nofollow tag does not preserve the PR juice within your own site. The PR juice which supposed to stop with nofollow will instead "evaporate" back to other Google properties e.g. YouTube results on the first page search.

SEO expert Leslie Rohde says that is impossible. Google nonsense.

If Do follow links are used then the pr of the links are increased.But if there are more than 100 links on a page then Google does not consider those links.If you are leaving valuable comments on relevant Do follow blogs, you should not be banned from search engines.

You could also use a tool called 'Comment Kahuna' in addition to Dofollow diver to find dofollow blogs to comment upon. Also look for something like "Dofollow certified" "CommentLuv enabled" "You comment I follow" movements etc. in blogs.
