I'm actually quite loath to throw anything new into the mix right at this crucial time but I'm hoping that those more experienced marketers will find this as useful as I have.
With Collanos Workplace you can have all your niche information in a single space. All files, urls, tasks, discussions, chats, notes can all be kept neatly in the one place. You can create as many "workspaces" as you want. Hey it even works with PC and Mac! I have found it really useful for the research stage we are currently in to set up new "spaces" for each niche I am researching - I can copy and keep all the keyword results from Market Samarai to refer back to. For those of you doing teams you have the ability to join others to the application and chat live via the workspace. Anyways, check it out if you like, it's absolutely free and has it's own support system, forum, tickets section built in. Needless to say I will be offering no support or answering any questions here as it is as new to me as it will be to you. That is all.....

Looks promising. I'm going to check it out, thanks for sharing!
At the moment we're using a central SVN server which works like a charm as well. Can recommend it to any team who has a programmer / techie on board.

I've used Collanos for a while, and it is a very good, clean and smart tool. Especially handy for teams, since it is designed as a collaborators tool. The developers are nice guys and are open to feature suggestions and tweaks.
