Profile visitors are false accounts

Moderators,
I was looking around today and noticed that there are a dozen of the same names with different numbers listed as visitors to my page. When I look them up to see who they are, they are all the same pic.
I hope someone can elliminate these spam guest accounts. We don't need them here!!!
