I thought I heard Ed mention he was going to leave last years training up last night. I can't find it on the site, if anyone knows anything about this feel free to chime in.

If you're still doing last years challenge you can always visit Ed's youtube channel for the videos.

As part of the 2008 30DC, my son and I worked on this [thanks for your honesty - there was an affiliate link so we had to take it out]

The videos are organized there by day - pre-season too. Hope that helps
