Hi,
Anyone wants to share their experience with Traffic-Bug? My first was very disappointing. 1/ Training videos are OLD , VERY OLD!!! and do not reflect on new fields..... 2/ Support is poor, it says 24x7, but what is the meaning of that ?? if it is just an indication of the helpdesk server uptime, it is wrong and misleading to advertise that it is available 24x7 3/ Support Helpdesk interface not working correctly, I posted a message yesterday (July 9, 2010) but it shows as being posted on 24th of June ???? Because it is recommended by the 30DC people and Dan Raine, I just hope that my first impression is not the same one as others on this site. Thank you for sharing your experience with Traffic-bug and recommendation you might have for similar site (i.e senuke, EVO, etc...) thanks

Hi,
I'm afraid that this isn't the place for dissing 3rd party products. We used Traffic Bug in last year's 30DC for getting content indexed fast, nothing more and nothing less. I'm closing off this thread now as you've already contacted their support desk which is the correct course of action. Thanks, Jon.
