PiggyBack sites, PLEASE help someone!

Hi,
We cannot find Nowhere, I mean absolutely NOwhere or noone that can help us understand anything about these type of links.

Piggyback links....

What does it mean clearly when it says that:

A site supports piggy-back links"

What does it mean???

We thought that PiggyBack was a good think and related to HIGH PR websites.

BUT then we are very confused:

When using the Promotion tool in MSamurai, we found :


Sites that have PR=0 and PB=Yes and Follow=NO
????
How to understand this ???

So in that case why would PiggyBack be considered a good thing then ?? I mean whatever that is....

and first what is it then, WHAT IS PIGGYBACk, what is it? for real!
