Default offer conversion rate stats

I've measured my stats with 7,177 unique visitors using the calculator on Market Samurai and it's come out to be the following:

Click-Through Rate: 19.2%
Offer Conversion: 0.4%
Website Conversion: 0.1%
Value Per Click: $0.12
Value Per Visitor: $0.02

The click-through rate is good, but the conversion rate is less than 1 for every 200 visitors, the conservative standard that Ed gave. Does this suggest that people aren't interested in buying in this niche? The ad copy I have on my site is all from the Clickbank product's site, so I don't think it's misleading about the product.
