searching keywords - spelling errors

Hi guys

I am searching my desired niche only to find that the ones that rank best are misspellings. Do I use misspellings in articles and domain or just use correct usage and include the wrong spellings in keywords tags. There are two common ways of misspelling my keyword.
Any ideas?
