need optincrusher help plz

anyone savvy with this willing to give a personal hand? i have it installed properly but its not showing up on my sites using two different themes.

support said to try other themes and i did everything else in their troubleshooter section to no avail

i am gonna try diff wp themes but i would like to be able to know how to get it to work any any themes as i cant be limited to the look of my site based on a plugin

or anyone know of any other plugin conflicts?
