Has anyone received an email from them?

I was kind of nervous about using tumblr at the start. They are small enough were they can manage spam and have kept it pretty clean. Blogger and Squidoo and other sites are just full of it.

I'm suspended too. I haven't received an email from them. My content wasn't exactly Pulitzer material, but it was decent and I had three affiliate links (the same one three times).

My blog was about "how to" also.I expected something like this.Too many "how to" optimised blogs in a short period of time.

Looks like both of mine were suspended too. Oh well. I wasn't a big fan of tumblr anyways! Nice clean site, but not my cup of tea! I'm a WordPress man myself.

Hope to hear from Ed/Dan soon.

p.s. Maybe Ed/Dan should have given Tumblr a head's up to expect a sudden influx of blogs and to explain the challenge a little and the goals about providing excellent content above all else. They obviously are pulling a "Google Slap" and painting all blogs with the same brush.
