tumblr accounts suspended!

Same here. Two Tumbled. One had an affiliate link and the other did not. No copyrighted info. I do not see what I violated.

I hadn't even put up any affiliate links yet. I had htree posts yesterday. And one post I made this morning. Hardly a case of overwhelming my site with content all at once.

Yeah they went absolutely trigger happy. Some of the tumbles they delete made no sense. They had neither:

affiliate links

nor were spammy

or any of that...

Yeah, they're out to delete any blog that's associated with the TDC (that's my assumption).

My site starting How to has gone as well!

All that work, so ok maybe there is another attractive friend how do we know the same won't happen.


And to be 100% CLEAR my content was good content done exactly as Rob and Ed did only one small link at the bottom non invasive and deffinately not deceptive! It was clear they would be clicking to a site for a program relating to my niche!

Very disheartened and disappointed.

Not the 30DC fault though is it they couldn't know that they would take that stance!

What a shame!

Yeah the vast majority of tumblr's (well until we got there) are personal mini-blogs. I don't think I've ever seen a topical blog on there until 30dc

Mine was also suspended. I had just finished writing up my next post and ad an affiliate link and I went to look at it when I was finished, it wasn't there. So I signed off for a few minutes... then remembered something else I was going to do on my tumblr and that's when they told me my account was suspended.
I've already emailed them because I didn't think it was fair and I was p*****!
They never sent me a notification email though.

I'm in the same boat as you all. Mine got suspended as well. I had good content and only one affiliate link. No rhyme or reason to this madness. Oh well, dont' know what to do now. Think I'll try blogger and repost post to socialposter sites and see what happens. better than doing nothing and sitting here all weekend and feeling sorry for myself.

Hope there is a way out of this.
