Question Screen capture

Can anyone recommend a good screen capture program or process? I think pictures and videos would enhance my content. Also how do you make a video? I appreciate any help.

Jing is pretty good and its free. I believe Camista Studio puts it out.

It's also has a pretty cool interface that loads up on your desktop

The free CamStudio.

Do me a favor and post back if you can find a way to make full screen videos that are shrunk down.

Hi,

Try http://www.debugmode.com/wink/

Quite good if your looking to produce tutorial type videos because you can add text comments to the individual frames.

I use the paid version of Camtasia Studio for all my video training, and while it isn't free I highly recommend it. It is very, very good.

I agree with John. Camtasia is the best!

I'm just started getting into creating my own videos. It's fun, but I really need voice training or just more practice speaking clearly into a mic. Growing up in a small town around the bay in Newfoundland certainly doesn't produce the best accent!

Can't comment on camtasia, but this is to scole. Don't worry about the voice. No one can understand a Newfie any way. Never met a Newfie yet, I didn't like. Worked with many and they are the salt of the earth. I hope you make a ton of money! Send some screech to Alberta. Bob

I was wondering about the same thing. I don't have Camtasia and I want something that's as quick as Skitch. Thanks for the heads up about Jing. Will give this a try.
