Lesson 3 - Competitive Analysis

Hi Challengers!

Today you'll learn how to figure out if the keywords you choose will deliver the traffic you need to get you to that first dollar, or if someone has already staked their claim on them, making it extremely difficult for you to compete.

There are two videos in Lesson 3:

Video 1, SEO Competition Analysis: Guru Bob is back! In this video he walks you through how to use Market Samurai to map out the competitive landscape in your niche.

Video 2, Traditional Competition Analysis: To assure no internet marketer is left behind, Ed shows you how to get the same data provided by Market Samurai using SEO for Firefox plugin in your browser.

The videos run about 40 minutes.

And as a reminder, please DO NOT use the phrases Ed, Guru Bob or Dan use in their examples. It throws off the accuracy of the results they'll be using for teaching purposes.

I would say the 01, 02 etc coming at the end of the file would be far more user friendly.

Ex: 2008TDC02SD_Unleash_Samurai.mp4

becomes

2008TDC02SD_Unleash_Samurai-01.mp4

@alex - Except that won't sort properly by name in your file explorer, You have to have the 'number' before the 'name'.

In addition: Can GuruBob record in stereo rather then left-biased balance. Kinda weird to listen to just in the left speaker... just some constructive feedback...

Day 1 video has the number in it, but for some reasons not for Day 2 and Day 3. Don't know why...

And yes, I've been contacting gurubob about that too and in today's chat screen during the live stream. Let's hope that message gets through him.

It's kind of defeating the purpose of HD quality.. This problem doesn't exist on YouTube so it may help if at least copy the left channel to the right too. Like Andy said, it is really a constructive feedback. When I downloaded HD, I expect the awesomeness to be pristine.

You have to take the jump some time, might as well be now, After all it will get your name out there, that is why I am doing it!
