I arrived late on the 30DC, and I'm on dial-up, so it is harder to catch up. I am trying to do 2 or more days in one, am feeling a little overwhelmed with all the info I have to wade through. The downloads recommended are going very slowly cuz of dial-up, sometimes I get cut off and have to re-do, but I will try to hang in there cuz I really want to learn.
Still going through setup problems with some things, especially when I switch back to Firefox. Some of the add-ins don't want to install on it. So far I am loving the new browser "Flock", and found the video on youtube on how to speed it up: wow, it worked. I no longer have to sit and twiddle my thumbs waiting for pages to load. Very cool.
I just wish I could read twice as fast, AND retain what I read! Not easy when most of it is new to me. I am making little notes with copy and paste to help me keep the gist of each new lesson handy, in my own words. That seems to help me remember better, too, besides giving me something to refer back to.
I am loving the 30DC, and thank you to the people behind it!

Don't worry because Ed and the guys always keep the lessons up even after the 30 DC end date.

Just take your time and go through at your own pace if necessary.

Its seems there is another threat that the people is in the same situation-that we all has realized that we will not be able to make the 30DC - they had two suggestions a.going to the pub at 2am b.start a latecomers team. Personally I prefer b cause in our town there is no pubs open at 2am. Just wanted to let you know you are not alone.

I'm there with you all. I have just started doing the exercises today. I am stuck trying to find a microniche but other than that I am fine.

I ahve been watching the videos and am pretty much caught up with them, but I have not taken any action yet. Until today. I'm trying to do it all before the 30th . the first few days are real intense but after that its a breeze. SO I should be good.

Well, Bluelady9 looks like both you and I are in Dino Dialup Pergatory. I really do hate it because everyone in this backwater little town around me has highspeed, but Me!!! Why the cable Co won't come 100ft up the road is ludicrous!

Ed must have realized Cable Company's are the spawn of evil and that's why he created the heavenly "transcripts" (T) because he knew the predicament us dino dialups would be in. Thanks for the crystal ball gazing...

I'm DL'ing those Trainning Lesson Transripts and taking my time learning as much as I can. I really don't think it gets much easier or cost much less than this with everything handed to you for free!

If anyone wants to start a group or team of dino dialups, or Latecomers count me in!
