little insight?

hey guys, i posted this yesterday and was told to ask the help desk for wordpress direct, but they aren't willing to answer the question since i logged in as a guest. weird.

at any rate, ive started my first blog and am now trying to install the next two. for both of them i get the following message when i've entered all the info:

The domain name you have entered does not resolve correctly and you need to login to your cPanel and create the account. Please check that the *index-of* listing in your browser before proceeding with the installation.

would one of you guys let me know what's up with this?

btw, i have made sure that the nameservers are pointing to hostgator.

They very specifically say that they can't answer support tickets if you aren't logged in. They have no way to contact you then. Some reason you don't want to just log in and leave a ticket? This question really needs to go to their help desk.
