SEO Competition Help! (Market Samurai screens)

I've found an interesting niche that won't be easy to topple, but it would be very worthwhile if I can. Note that this project is an ecommerce shop.

Keyword Variation 1


All the top spots are taken by big name shops or general info/news sites. With that said, only one of the shops in the top 10 specializes in my niche item.

Keyword Variation 2


Keyword is a different product in the same niche as the first. Same story over here... big name shops and general info/news sites, with the same specialty shop from above.

There are other keyword variations, but they get a lot less searches and their SEO Competition stats are only slightly better. So... do you think breaking into the top 10 is feasible? Or is this way too much of an uphill battle? I'm not even sure if I can include the keywords in the title because it would be too limiting for the shop.
