Default Page 0 Back LInks from Squidoo, Hub Pages, Stumble Upon, Weebly ETc

Hello Everyone

I was wondering if you could help me with this.

I was told that links from Squidoo, Weebly, Hub Pages, Stumble Upon, Propeller, etc would give me page 5 or 6 ranks back to my website or blog.

I used the PR Analysis in Market Samurai and I found out that I do indeed have links back from all of these places, but they are Page Rank 0.

How can that be? Would anyone know.
I do have a Page 6 rank back to my website from Twitter however, but wondering about these other pages and why they are coming up as zero.

I so look forward to hearing from you.

Take care and enjoy your day.

Since it appears that a website with the keyword in the url carries a lot of weight, would it be worth it to start a new page with the keyword in it to replace the page we already have, which doesn't have the keyword in the url.

I believe I would lose my page rank for that page however and some of the direct page backlinks. So, I was wondering which of these factors carries more weight. A page rank and some back links or the keyword in the url. If this even makes any sense?

As I look across the list of 12 items in the Market Samurai SEO competition analysis, I would so love to have a "Yes" for all of the on page optimization, because that I am in control of.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated here.
Thanks and have a delicious day.
