friendfeed layout

hi guys, im currently going through the preseason training 08 and have noticed that when i log into friendfeed.com it looks totally different to the layout shown on eds tutorial. am i missing out?

FriendFeed has done a Complete redesign and has been
a bit trying a times to figure out just what they are going
to have as a end result.

That said, FriendFeed is a awesome place to join and really
at this point you will not really be much behind at lot of people
learning and getting a feel for the "NEW" FriendFeed.
