TDC tool bar

I have two computers - old & new. I am trying to set up the new one with flock - so far so good. when i try to add the TDC tool bar (through the 2008 challenge) I get the famous 404 error. how can i obtain the TDC tool bar for flock? (other problems TOO, but one at a time)
