Hi there,
Just want to make sure I didn't miss something... I'm on day six and never heard of pre-season or getting ready? I just started at Day 1, is there something I should be looking at that was pre-day 1? Thanks!

Go to the Training Tab and start with the PreSeason Training which is below the 30DC Training which we are going through at the moment. The section of the forum was used for the 2008 30DC. The Getting Ready Section is the preseason 2009.
