Bonjour From Beautiful Yet Chilly Montréal!

I'm having *challenges* also with the Flock bar: my computer either
freezes and I need to reboot, or it just plain crashes. It's brand new from
last year, a pc with windows xp prof., and never used to have that happen
with Firefox.

Another thing is, I usually have a dozen tabs opened...multi-tasking all day
long. I find going from one tab to another, it takes Flock much longer than
Firefox...and that's usually when the computer freezes or crashes.

Lastly, when I want to bookmark something, I click once on bookmark...and
have to click again before a window opens to let me file it in the right
folder. Very annoying.

So for the past two days, I've gone back to Firefox...hoping things will get
better on Flock.

Thanks for any help directed my way as I'd love to stay with Flock.

Big hugs always,
Mudd a.k.a. Oza
xoxo

Default Flock Crashing and Password Fill-in

I'm on Windows XP and also have problems with Flock crashing. In addition, it is frustrating that I cannot get certain pages to save my passwords. Particularly, I am able to save passwords and get them filled on Yahoo and Paypal, but not Google or Aweber.

Is there any specific instruction that I can give Flock to save the log-in and passwords for a specific page?

Thanks!

Responsive customer support for a free software. I'm impressed.

If you have extensions installed, try disabling them all, then re-enable one at a time to see which is the culprit. That should solve the problem if it is related to the extension.
