Hi Guys

Now, what's to do?

I don't even know which way up I am, never mind anything else

I dare risk saying that this "30 day" thing is more than likely
gonna take Me quite a bit longer than that ... Help !! ?

BTW, I'm from the UK (Norfolk) anyone else??

I'm afraid that the 30 Day Challenge stretches out a little longer for a lot of people, but my advice to you would be to keep at it. Even if your 30 Day Challenge takes 45 days, FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS, and finish the course.
