Well I have no idea what I am doing so maybe I qualify? I’m from the UK though I’m a southerner, sorry about that :-) Also I’m currently living in Utah which is like the UK except for the… well everything :-)

I’m just working on the very last session of the pre-season “Cheatsheet”. I found the friendfeed/google reader sessions difficult to really get my head around though I think I’m beginning to get it. I have a google reader public page at Google Reader -BaadB's shared items
I’m just starting to put a few things on it, at this point I am just using it as practice.
I have also set up a room on friendfeed…

Er ... nowhere, yet ... still awaiting a certain piece
of essential equipment before I can actually get started.

But, I know that, " with a litle help from some friends "
and, the right attitude (boy, do I need THAT changing)
anyone can do anything that they want ... (that's me LoL)

Yorkshire ... by gum!!

Ah ha ... but, I don't Live there mate ....

I'm exciled to the East Coast of Norfolk and,
guess what? ... we have TWO lovely beaches
that face WEST .... beautful sunsets we get.

Nope, I can't tell you what equipment I am waiting
for (expected tomorrow) on a public forum like this
and, no again, it's nothing rude ... what Are you thinking?

Maybe I'll get me head around all this but, from what
I have seen, so far, it looks to be one heck of a lot
of information to digest. If this can be done in 30
days then, I'll be a really surprised old duddy.

But, maybe being in/with a group may be a big help.

If you guys are still looking to join a team and want some extra help, we have a team of 4 that you're welcome to join. Three of us are UK and 1 is Australian. I'm up to Day 14 at the moment, the others are a little further behind so there's no rush. More the merrier. How can you be on the East Coast of Norfolk and have 2 beaches that face WEST??

I live in the South West (of England that is), in a town by the Severn Estuary, and WE have the most beauitiful sunsets (So beautiful in fact that famous poets used to visit for the sight).

Anyway. I'm in a team that started late (Sept 1st), and I just wanted to wish you the best of luck. The team has been VERY useful for 2 main reasons: Answering the stupid questions people have (and I have more than my fair share); for some mutual emotional support.

One of our team got very close to quitting last week, but we talked him around.

Our team is a mix of newbies (me) and some people who have done the challenge before and/or have other experience. We have found people who have done the challenge before to be immensely useful in the process. It has given us a kind of roadmap as to where to go.

We have had mixed success so far, but it is a great experience.

I'm in a team of one, can we join teams?

I downloaded all the videos so I could watch then as I get time. By the way I live in Essex and my name is Dave. Been earning money on the internet for about 7 years about $10 a month Spending about $200 a month. So up till now I've not got the hang of it yet.

The worst thing I did was sign up for a course to get traffic for $49 and find out they took $10,000 from my card. the course was an audio one and I could not hear it.

Then some one sent me one video from 30dc I looked at it tried it out and gess what? The website I tried it on had 3 visitors in 3 month, then 18 in one day. So I joined 30dc, Ed Dale's videos I got 4 times as much info from one of his videos as I got for my $10,000

Hey cooldjp,

'Can we join teams'... You'd be mad not to.

Alongside the knowledge you get from the challenge, the support and help you get from a team seems to me to be the best thing about the challenge.

Taymist was looking for people earlier in this thread.
