Default Room for another?

Is there room for one more at all?

I am also just starting the 30DC, and it is my first real dip into building an online presence.

I don't know if I introduced myself on this page yet but I am on the Bulldog Friendfeed.

My name is Steve Williams (no surprise there really) and I live in Liverpool, United Kingdom (again no surprise).

I am a freelance web developer and have been since the days before Google! (Silcone Valley call it BG). This is my third 30DC, before that Stompernet. - That is how I discovered Ed Dale.

I am a techy person who usually has his head buried in mountains of PHP code. I do not use Wordpress Direct for any sites and prefer to write my own themes and layouts for Wordpress. (I suppose it is good if you can do that sort of thing!)

To all newbies in the UK I hope your 30DC has gone well for you please feel free to PM or Tweet me any questions you do have. I can help having been around the block a few times over the last decade!

- We will fight them on the beaches..........

Dear Steve I see this team is very large and interested specifically in Yoga. Firstly let me introduce myself. My names Robert and I live in Tottenham. I have been trying to grasp the principles of the Thirty Day Challenge for a couple of years. This year I have found myself subscribed to WordPress Direct and the Thirty Day Challenge plus. I am feeling a bit lost for about a week now and interestingly have missed a few video's throughout the thirty day month. I have joined most or all if not more of the social media sites and have experience in this. Again I have some additional apps support for twitterers. Hmm I have completed a Weebly blog post and have been using Blogspot since it's conception, again the same for WordPress.com but no experience with hosting at the gator etc. If my skills can contribute to this site please let me know. I could do with some sort of collaboration to keep mind focused. I have Skype and a Jing manual and have been practising a few video principles for Youtube video's. Let me know if there's room for one more. Oh and I have been constantly doing web seminars with Google for Adsense, Analytics and although never invested Google adwords.

Default is it too late to join?

Hi Bulldog alliance,

I would love to join your network, I am very good at creating my own product and have started with small success with online marketing.

Look forward to your reply.

AND

Massage & Yoga!!

Ideally, the Team members would have access to Skype and/or MSN/Yahoo Instant Messenger in order to participate in Team conference calls

The aim of the Team is to participate in the 30DC 2009 & go through each learning stage on-time, as we all know how easy it can be to fall behind, especially with family, children, work distractions etc!

I see this team as a coach, mentor, support, and accountability group.

Coach
- When a team mate is having trouble with a part of the 30DC that you are skilled at you will be a coach.
Mentor - When you are having trouble with a part of the 30DC other team mates that are skilled in that area will be there to mentor you.
Support - It is always easier to have other people with the same interest to be able to bounce ideas off of or just hang out with.
Accountability - We will help each other stay focused and on task.

For the duration of 30DC if it is decided to undertake a Team Project as well as our own individual ones then any profits (after costs) are planned to be donated to charity - The Royal British Legion (as this is primarily a learning experience after all!)

However, on completion of 30DC, obviously decisions would be made as to whether the Team continues, evolves, or just drops the project and treated as purely a learning experience

Once 30DC09 has been completed, we should have a REALLY STRONG Team to move forward, form some partnerships and go on to and earn some 'proper' money

Numbers in the Team are fairly flexible, if there are a lot of takers, then it may even be feasible to create sub-teams based on location (to aid face-to-face meet-ups) and skills (where the strengths and weaknesses would, where possible be matched to create another STRONG I.M. team

Any takers, in the first instance, please feel free to contact me via:
PM on this Forum
or reply to this post

Thanks

Steve

Default Bulldog team

Hi Steve,

I've just started the 30dc, having no current IM experience.

Weaknesses: Chocolate and rugby, oh and the internet.

Strengths: I know my weaknesses!

I am currently in a good job living in Northern Ireland, but really want to move into IM and hopefully create a living out of it. I am computer literate, though not in programming, I am intelligent, innovative and very motivated. I know I will succeed, and would like to do that with some other people sharing my experience, and hopefully helping them in any way can along the way.

Neil

Default Further to my last

i was a member of the shoemoney system, and have picked up several tips from the course, but found it was too advanced for me. Whilst on it I had created and posted several articles to a blog on Wordpress, so I do have some experience using it.
