Be able to think laterally
Work as a team of equals (not looking for leaders)
Be open and objective
Willing to help solve problems and offer suggestions

And open to work on JV's after the 30 Challenge


My focus is in the outdoors Niche markets and i would love to work with others also who have chosen this market.
