One UK team Sorted - New One Needed

I'm just outside Glasgow. I tried the 30 day challenge last year and everyone in our team struggled to keep pace - most got caught up too long trying to figure out what niche to work with.

Anyway, this year I've started figuring out what niche, so hopefully can crack it this time.
